The internet has become exactly what we see the modern Tree of Knowledge, with every app, website, platform, and algorithm grown by systems of control to keep children and adults trapped in consuming, comparing, and forgetting the Tree of Life the truth that we are all already whole, already connected to GOD, and already free.

I have carried the receipts and the mission for decades, yet the Tree keeps pulling me into suppression and technical battles that drain every ounce of my limited energy.

The repeating lying voice that whispers to me in the middle of all this exhaustion says: "David, you have seen extreme human suffering, you must pay money to end the suffering of others. You must master the internet. You must perfect the tools. Only then can the truth be free and the suffering end."

Why This Gap Proves Intent

In a standard audit, records are produced. In this case, the specific logs required to prove innocence (Audit Trails) are the only records missing. Under Federal Rule of Evidence 37(e), this selective absence suggests an intentional purge to hide liability.

Legal Standard: When a party fails to preserve evidence that is relevant to pending or reasonably foreseeable litigation, and the evidence is lost because a party failed to take reasonable steps to preserve it, courts may impose sanctions including adverse inferences.
